Terms of Service
Blades & Blowers LLC
Last Updated: September 17, 2026
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are an agreement between you and Blades & Blowers LLC (“Blades & Blowers,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a Pennsylvania limited liability company based in Franklin, Pennsylvania. They govern your use of bladesandblowerspa.com (the “Website”) and any requests for estimates or services you make through the Website. Please read them carefully. By using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
1. Who May Use the Website
You may browse the Website at any age, but you must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to request an estimate or services from us. If you request services for a property you do not own, or on behalf of a business, landlord, property manager, or homeowners’ association, you confirm that you have the authority to request and approve work on that property.
2. How These Terms Relate to Our Service Agreements
The Website provides general information about our business. The actual services we perform, including price, scope, schedule, payment terms, and responsibilities, are governed by the written service agreement, service schedule, estimate, or invoice you accept for that work (a “Service Agreement”). If anything in these Terms conflicts with a Service Agreement, the Service Agreement controls. Submitting a contact form or requesting an estimate does not by itself create a contract for services. A contract is formed only when both you and we agree to the work, such as by signing a Service Agreement or when we confirm in writing that we have accepted your request.
3. Website Information Is Not an Offer
Descriptions of our services, service areas, photos, and any example prices on the Website are general information. They may change at any time without notice and are not binding offers. Photos show examples of our work, and results on your property may differ depending on its size, terrain, condition, and access. Whether we can take on a job depends on factors such as location, our schedule, equipment availability, weather, and site conditions. We may decline any request for any lawful reason.
4. Estimates and Pricing
Estimates we give through the Website, by email, by text, or over the phone are based on the information you give us and, where needed, our review of the property. An estimate may change if the property or job differs from what was described, for example if there is more leaf volume, a larger area, additional obstacles, or more difficult access than expected, or if you ask us to change the scope of work. Unless stated otherwise, estimates are valid for 15 days. Prices do not include applicable taxes unless stated. Payment terms, including due dates and any late charges, are set out in your Service Agreement or invoice.
5. Scheduling, Weather, and Delays
We work hard to show up when we say we will. Outdoor work, however, depends on conditions outside anyone’s control. Weather, wet or frozen ground, storm timing and severity, road conditions, equipment breakdowns, illness, emergencies, and similar events may require us to delay or reschedule service. Arrival times and completion times are good-faith targets, not guarantees. Except as stated in your Service Agreement, we are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, and we will make reasonable efforts to keep you informed.
6. Your Responsibilities as a Customer
When you request or receive services from us, you agree to:
• Give us accurate information about yourself, your property, and the work you want done;
• Provide safe and reasonable access to the areas we will service, and keep pets secured while we are working;
• Tell us about, mark, or remove hazards and hidden objects before we arrive, such as sprinkler heads, invisible pet fencing, landscape lighting, drainage pipes, septic components, loose stones, toys, and yard décor;
• For snow removal, mark driveway edges, curbs, walkways, and other obstacles with stakes or markers before the ground freezes, since these are often hidden under snow; and
• If you choose curbside placement of leaves or yard waste for municipal pickup, follow your municipality’s rules for placement and pickup. Municipal pickup schedules and decisions are outside our control. We are not responsible for damage to items that are hidden, unmarked, or that you did not tell us about, except as stated in your Service Agreement or as required by law.
7. Snow and Ice Services
Snow removal reduces snow accumulation, but it cannot make surfaces completely free of snow or ice, and it cannot prevent new hazards from forming. Ice can form or return after we leave, including from melting and refreezing, blowing and drifting snow, runoff, or continued precipitation. Snow and ice conditions change constantly, and property owners and occupants remain responsible for monitoring their property and using caution when walking or driving on it. Salt and ice-melt products, when requested, may affect concrete, pavers, vegetation, and other surfaces. The specific scope of snow and ice services, including triggers, timing, ice treatment, and responsibility for conditions between visits, is governed by your Service Agreement.
8. Acceptable Use of the Website
You agree not to:
